CitiDirect provides a web-enabled customer front-end for e-business products of Payments and Reporting, File Import and Export, Global Trade, Receivables, Netting and Liquidity to cater to the corporate world.

Project#1        : Recall Requests
Client             : Westlab bank.

The project includes the integration testing of client’s application with our application and its integration with SWIFT network. The client application is specially designed for initiating SEPA payments and the client application’s messages will be converted into SEPA XML format. The testing part includes checking if we can receive the payments in XML format which will be further redirected to the receiver.

Project#2        : NTP
Client             : MTS

It includes the complete transition of SEPA (Non-XML) payments. The application was tested to check if it is accepting BICs which are not registered in the SWIFT and its ability to send and receive messages from SWIFT network. It is a middle ware application, which sends and receives messages to SWIFT network, Access and TRIP. It became a standard application for RBS now, which was in phase of completion.


Project#3                        : SEPA MIGRATION
Client                              : RBS NL

The project includes the End-User testing of software. The crux of the testing part is to check if the software is able to accept payment in SEPA (Non-XML format) message encryption and to test if it can send the postings to the backend and is ability to connect with SWIFT network.


•    Actively participated in Process Stabilization during Migration and won accolades from the management

•    Received many awards like 'Galaxy', ‘Sliver Ovation’, 'Bravo', ‘Spot Ovation' - Twice and 'Wall of Fame' - Twice for exemplary performance

•    Successfully Nine Work Place and one Work Event project on reduction of cost, manual intervention, Risk Perspective and increase of STP.
