NOTE: Knowledge of Marathi is essential for all the posts.

Age will be reckoned as on 31 October 2013. The upper age limit for departmental candidates (only MSETCL Employees) is 57 years (except for the post of CSO); no upper age limit for departmental candidates (only MSETCL Employees) applying for the post of CSO;

Upper age limit is relax-able by 5 years for BC (only Maharashtra Domiciled) candidates.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Normally Competency Mapping Test that will comprise of In-Basket Exercises, Group Discussion, Case Discussion, Presentation Skills, Personal Interview, etc.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Normally Competency Mapping Test. Call letters will be e-mailed to the shortlisted candidates on their e-mail ID, mentioned in the application form.

Candidates will be shortlisted for presentation skills & personal interview based on their performance in In-Basket Exercises, Group Discussion, & Case Discussion, etc. Final select list will be prepared taking into consideration overall performance of the candidates.
