Test Strategy: A high-level description of the test levels to be performed and the testing within those levels for an organization (one or more projects).

Test Plan: A document describing the scope, approach, resources and schedule of intended test activities.

Test Strategy is company level document where as Test Plan is Project Level document.

Can anybody provide a sample Test Strategy Template and Test Plan Template?

Author of Test Plan is Test Lead or Test Manager then who is the Author of Test Strategy?
