Payment of Post Paid Bills

Airtel serves the citizens of Bangalore with an exhaustive range of quality telephone services. With a view to provide the citizens of Bangalore an array of options to make the payments of their Airtel post-paid telephone bills,Airtel has integrated their "Viewing and payment of post-paid bills" service for Airtel with BangaloreOne, so that the citizens can utilize the convenience of payment of their postpaid bills at any of the several Bangalore One centers spread across Bangalore city.

Pay Modes available for this service are Cash, Cheque, Demand Drafts and Credit Card

Partial as well as advance payments of bill are acceptable at all B1 centres. Citizens also have the facility to make their post paid bill payments after due date. The DD/Cheque should be taken in favour of "Bharti Televentures Limited" and it must be taken from any of the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) recognized banks only. At par cheques are also acceptable.

Renewal of ING Life Insurance Policy

ING Life Insurance service is one of the excellent services, rendered by BangaloreOne.

The ING Life Insurance customer would have the facility, to pay the insurance premium by simply giving the Policy No. at B1 center. This facility would allow the B1 operator to validate the insurance premium before conducting any transaction at B1 centres. On successful payment of premium at B1 center, a receipt would be generated which would be issued to the citizen with duly signature of operator.

The customer has to provide only the policy number in order to pay their insurance premium The payment details are fetched from the department database using the provided policy number.

Payment mode will be cash, DD, Cheque or Credit card. Customer will be provided the BangaloreOne Receipt, at the end of the transaction.

Cancellation of Premium payments

Cancellation of premium payments can be done at BangaloreOne centres and it has to be done within a day from the time, the original transaction done.

No Service Charges...

BangaloreOne levies no service charges and no user charges. No Credit Card charges will be levied at B1, if the payment made through Credit Card.

The Process...

Though the BangaloreOne centers works 24 x 7, the Insurance Premium Payments, through cash, will be accepted from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm on all days, for the security reasons. Payments through the other modes, except cash, will be accepted 24 x 7. B1 centres are working including holidays, which is a major boon to the citizens of Bangalore.

A receipt will be generated for each of such successful transactions specifying the unique Transaction ID of BangaloreOne and other bill details.
