Description:

•Sistema Shyam TeleServices operating under the name of MTS India to start their mobile service operations in 21 telecom circles of India. They would be providing mobile services based on CDMA technology.

Responsibilities:   
•Provide support to Prepaid Department by providing prompt solutions such as Developing and Modifying Shell Scripts, Oracle Procedures and Functions, providing optimized query solution for faster retrieval wherever required.
•Automated various manual processes which save time and give an exact needed information to the client.
•Developed various Shell Scripts by interacting with the clients for enhancements & improvements in service.
•Enhanced the existing Unix scripts to achieve better performance and throughput.
•Developed various Procedures that provide special Offline benifits\Commission to the eligible customers\retailers according to the marketing team requirements.
•Developed various Functions for fast retrieval of a required data to save time and effort.

2. Project:- (Cease Circuit-Inventory Reconcialition)(XXXX to XXXX’09) for British Telecom Global Services.
This is done by comprehensive analysis and testing of circuits. Initially circuits are tested to       find if they are being used or not. This involves use of tools-Toad, Tahiti, MTNI, Chameleon, Orion and oracle database. Unused circuit’s monthly recurring charge values are then obtained from the respective country representatives and after final validation, soft cease order of the circuits is generated.
During the different project phases I have been a part of Testing, validation and chasing team.

3. Project:- CPA Interim BR facility.(From XXXX 08 to 13th XXXX 2009) for
