1. Importance of the Water for human beings

> Water is important for most processes our body goes through in a day. 

> Without enough water, our body and its organs can’t function properly.

> Next to air (oxygen), water is the most essential element to human life. 

> Water is essential to the functioning of every single cell and organ system in the human body. 

> Water makes up greater than 60% of the weight of the human body; the brain is 75% water, blood is 83% water, bones are 22% water, muscles are 75% water, and the lungs are 90% water.

> Our body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Because our body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion.

> it's important to re-hydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water.

2. How much water should we drink every day?

There are many different opinions on how much water we should be drinking every day.

It's important to drink water according to our lifestyle rather than follow the 8-glass water rule, say nutritionists.

Water is our body's principal component and a natural detoxifier but not many are aware about how much water should we ideally drink everyday. Moreover, the popular 8 by 8 rule which says that one should drink eight glasses, each consisting of eight ounce of water, may not suit every individual, "While the general belief is to drink eight to 10 glasses of water, it is advisable to drink 12 to 15 glasses of fluids which includes water, tea, buttermilk, etc. This would amount to an intake of around 2.5 litres of fluids everyday."

3. How should we drink water?

i. After waking up?

Drink one or two glasses of water after waking up to help activate our internal organs. Water will help to remove any toxins before our first meal of the day. Drinking water after we wake up hydrates our body after a long night’s rest. 

ii. Before and After breakfast

Drink one ore two glasses of water 30 minutes before breakfast to help digestion. Remember not to drink too soon before or after breakfast as the water will dilute the digestive juices. 

It’s approximately 1 hour after our breakfast; have some water and start our work day.

iii. Before and After Launch

It is better to avoid drinking water during launch and immediate after finish the launch as the water will dilute the digestive juices.

Drink one ore two glasses of water an hour before lunch, and drink one ore two glasses of water an hour after the lunch to allow the nutrients from the food to be better absorbed by our body.

iv. Before Bath

Have some water before your batch to help your blood pressure condition.

v. During Dinner

Drink some water before an hour your dinner and after one hour of the dinner.

Note: In rare situations only drink a small amount of water during your dinner

vi. Before sleep

Drink one glass of water an hour before bedtime to replenish any fluid loss that can occur during the night.
