Shift from Selenium to JMeter

I want to shift from Selenium to Jmeter, is it good for current Market?

JMeter having less Job opportunities when it compares to Selenium, but competition is low for JMeter, anyhow if you have good reference then shift to JMeter otherwise Selenium is better (having huge opportunities)
