Project Title: Hero Connect – Dealer Management System
Platform : Siebel 8.1 e-Automotive, e-Dealer & OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence- Analytics)
The objective of the project was to complete forward integration through CRM implementation for Hero MotoCorp’s marketing network comprising over 2000 touch points (Dealers, Service locations & Stockists) spread all over India. This is the largest Siebel project (spread) for e-Dealer and E-Automotive in global automotive industry.
Role – Design –Development – Test – Deploy phases
•Engaged in Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) for:
o Sales and ancillary processes
o Sales related interface with other systems
o Analytical and Real Time Reporting based on the Sales Processes for OBIEE & BIP
•Developed functional solutions with the out-of-the-box Siebel Functionalities through participation in techno-functional discussions involving inventory management, Opportunity- Quote- Order –Invoice cycle, Campaign Management etc.
•Documented the Baseline Functional Requirement and Functional Solution Design (FSD)
•Lead the sub-project for critical process- SAP-R/3 ERP integration for Product and Asset Administration and for Price Administration – for requirement elicitation and specialized functional solution
