Job Description:
CSS Corp off Campus Drive for 2019 Freshers.
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide resolution to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and applications related issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting network related problems and diagnosing and solving software issues.
providing support, including procedural documentation and documenting relevant reports
handle inbound queries pertaining to the network & application issues.
Skills Required:
Good communication with excellent telephone etiquette.
must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Graduation is Mandatory.
should be flexible for Night Shifts.
Cab facilities (Within the boundary limits)
