Job Description:

The Global Service Architects shall act as the end-to-end technology interlock between the Delivery Units and other Managed Services key roles like GADP, CTO, Portfolio as well as the Clients.
They will work together within the GBU Management team to be accountable and proactively develop the Services to maximize customer satisfaction and to minimize the Atos cost structure by aligning the GBU to the Atos standard delivery reference model where practical.
Jointly manages the Technology Plan (strategy of the service) in accordance with Global Architecture and Delivery Processes (GADP)
Actively participates within the Global Service Architecture forum
Defines and implements the Strategy including the related key initiatives of his service domain within the Tower
Defines and manages Service Innovation roadmaps based on that Strategy in collaboration with global roadmap managed by GADP
Contributes service specifics into end to end delivery process blueprints
Works together with the GADP Architects, Portfolio Teams, Sales office and CTO and researches current market technologies to design cost-effective solutions that meet current and foreseeable customer requirements
Creates analysis (strategies, markets, competitors, organizations, processes, etc.) as well as presents the results to executive management levels to promote innovative strategies
Builds and maintains technology partnership with the vendors
Position and be the advocate for the Atos service portfolio
Defines Tower service catalog in collaboration with GADP and business operation support and aligns with portfolio

Team Leadership:

Preparing and conducting of workshops, meetings, training, etc.
Coordinates Global Technical Architects and Service Process Owners community within his service domain
Coordinates international teams of various technology disciplines to find solutions within highly complex IT landscapes
Validates Expert Level judgment from MySkills and continuously enhance the global expert community
Provide technical guidance to the Local Service Architects and delivery units where appropriate:
Screens and escalates design and architecture issues, as required
Acts as the end-end technology interlock between the Delivery Units and other Managed Services key roles like GADP, CTO, Portfolio as well as the Clients.
Develops and delivers presentations on technical solutions to GBU stakeholders and technical personnel.
Communication cross technology disciplines
Hosts monthly global operations manager meeting to talk automation, processes, standards, KPIs and its progress
Captures and communicates Service Domain specific best practices and lessons-learned using Atos knowledge management tools and professional relationships.
Responsible for service release management incl. definition & maintenance of Work Units (WUs) and implementing service standardization as well as validate solution deviance to standard within Tower
Aligns to compliancy requirements for internal standards and to be compliant with generic customer & regulatory requirements
Improves quality and costs for services, incl. defining service specific KPIs, related to his service domain
Benchmarks his range of services with market for price and quality

Global Service Architects and Global Architecture and Delivery Processes teams
Portfolio Manager
Chief Technology Officer
International Delivery and Architecture teams
Senior management levels to CxO translating business needs to technology requirements
Small to medium project teams of ATOS or Suppliers to construct architecture solutions and designs within the context of a project
Required Candidate profile

Technical Skills:

Solution Design – Complex multi-discipline solutions including cost and market pricing
Deep Technical skills in at least one of the following disciplines:
SAP (NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Mobility)
Knowledge of contractual solutions commonly used within Outsourcing (Understand main concepts of an Outsourcing contract terms and definitions)
Proven documentation skills for Architecture and Technical design standards equivalent to TOGAF Level 2 or above
In-depth technical understanding of different portfolio elements and their interdependencies
Project Management Basics

Soft Skills:

Ability to work independently and self-motivated
Ability to communicate at senior levels within the organisation and to the customer up to CxO level through both oral and written means
Ability to construct and present solutions, findings and outcomes to both Technical and Management levels so that both teams understand the concepts proposed
Architecture at a senior or enterprise level encompassing elements of team or project leadership
