Job Description:
*Excellent written and oral communication skill.
*Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
*Good experience in designing and execution of test cases by applying test case design techniques.
*Good knowledge of database (sql server).
*Work with development teams to define test strategies and design test cases/procedures for multiple types of applications and hardware configurations.
*Manage and lead the QA testing processes and execution of test plans.
*Work closely with the development team to ensure accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.
*Plan, implement and perform manual and automated scripted testing of the software.
*Update test scripts as new features and enhancements are added to product.
*Assist technical support in troubleshooting issues.
*Participate in requirements and design specification reviews.
*Create and manage Internal Release Processes.
*Become proficient in and develop advanced knowledge in platform.

Roles & Responsibilities;
*To read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested.
*Based on the information procured in the above step decide how it is to be tested.
*Inform the test lead about what all resources will be required for software testing.
*Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.
*Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
*Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
Interview : Apptitude,technical,Machine round and hr/final round.
