Job Description:
1.Responsible for Job posting, Resume sourcing, Resume screening, Scheduling interviews (telephonic and Video), coordinating with candidates and account managers.
2 Identifying the quality & matching resumes as per the requirements.
3 Expert in dealing with US Citizens, Green Card/Permanent Residents, OPT/CPT EAD candidates, H1B Visa and TN Visa Consultants.
4 Well versed with different tax terms like C2C, W2, 1099 etc.
5 Strong knowledge working with MSP, VMS and ATS.
6 Sourcing Resumes using social networking along with Various Job Portals and internal database etc.
7 Strong knowledge on negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/fulltime requirements.
8 Client Co ordination/Stakelholder management
- Experience with any ATS and Microsoft Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
10 Willing work in US Timings (Night-shifts) 6.30pm to 3.30 am
