Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an HR Policy Lead for our client.
The role will be leading the HR Policy Work. Will be responsible for designing of the framework for the Policies for various geographical regions and leading its implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop end to end Global HR policies and procedures.
- Review and ensure local policies are aligned to gobal policies.
- Ensure the Policies are aligned to corporate guidelines.
- Provide policy analysis, assessment and advice on wider regulatory issues and opportunities.
- Provide advice to employees/ managers/other stakeholders within the business on policies.
- Manage process for policy breaches and provide support in resolution.
Experience Required: - 7+ yrs of Experience.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Global experience must .
