Candidate should have experience in JCL,COBOL,DB2
Candidate should have experience in Mainframe Support
Candidate should have experience in DB2 Complex queries
React quickly to systems issues and service incidents to minimize downtime and restore service.
Evaluate error and understand business urgency and impact
Analyse Error root cause, design solutions and implement changes
Develop and implement Problem solutions including Performance suggestions
Execute Service requests
Oncall support for critical batch flows
Handle SIMA calls
Define and establish appropriate quality measurements and metrics for Incidents, Problems & Changes
Follow up on quality and productivity measurements for Incidents, Problems & Changes
All duties are performance according to ITIL Operations processes
