Possess good analytical and logical skills.
Must have completed their B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / Equivalent.
Candidates must have done a course in Manual /Automation Testing.(preferred)
Knowledge of Java is preferred.
Good communication skills.
Job Location- Noida
Service Agreement- 2 years
Salary Growth Structure-
Initial 1 Year- Rs. 2,18,636( Milestone1: 1st to 12th Month)
Next 6 Months -Rs. 2,87,200( Milestone 2: 13th to 18th Month)
Next 6 Months -Rs. 3,60,888 (Max)(Milestone 3: 19th to 24th Month)
3rd Year Onward- Rs. 4,00,745 (Max)(Milestone 4: 25th Month Onwards)
