Job Description:
Ability to perform and deliver based on the backlog priority and urgency, Great team player with excellent communication skill
Ability to document , present and update key project metrics at designated SharePoint location
Responsible for quality & end-to-end testing of the assigned work/systems by manual, automation and performance testing using functional, UI/API/Web-Services testing.
Ability to dynamically think , analyze , test on assignment prioritization
Expertise in Traceability Matrix, Test Plan, Scenarios and Test Cases creation and execution based on Business, System Requirements, Use Cases and Detail Design.
Develop test scripts for test case automation and prepare test reports using Selenium UI, Java/J2EE and J-unit and Rest Assured. Should be a core technical savvy.
Ability to Perform Regression , Stress , unit functionality Smoke test ,System test, Load test, performance test , Blue Sky Test and Fail over test based on demand need Follow the QA Standards/Processes/best practices & ensuring their implementation
Ability to create and test around integration and failover between interfaces and functionality
Job Requirements :
10 to 15 years of relevant testing experience with end to end testing capabilities
Masters Degree in Technology/ Engineering (MTech/ ME) in E&C/IT/ Computers/ Computer Science from a recognized University or institution or B.E/B.Tech in E&C/IT/Computers/Computer Science or Master in Computer Application from a recognized University
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in case of Post Graduate Degree holders in the field of Software Testing (User Department to specify Domain/ Technology).
Experience in activities like: User Requirements Definition, & Create test plans for the Application and perform activities like: Functional Testing, Logical Testing, Security Testing, VAPT etc, Creation/ testing of use cases, Defect and root cause analysis, log analysis, preparing FRS/ SRS,etc with Project Management skills and ICT experience, team handling qualities.
Experience with development, execution and maintenance of test cases
Gather test data and provide status reports and testing statistics
Work with cross functional teams (Operations, PDMs, Business and PM, TM) to get the domain knowledge and propose changes/enhancements
Experience in refining business requirements to technical business requirements
