Looking for Young Engineering Graduates with 0 -2 Years willing to work as IT Help Desk Engineer for Software Products.
Excellent Communication skills and willing to accept challenges.
Support as a single point of contact for phone calls, emails and tickets from end users regarding IT issues and queries.
1st line support and troubleshooting of IT related problems.
Required Candidate profile
Ideal candidate would be a go getter willing to help and support customers and fix their software , hardware related issues.
Should possess excellent communication and aptitude.
A young Engineering graduate with strong desire to learn and grow.
Flexible to work in Multiple shift timings.
