- Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing till onboarding.
- Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.
- Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates.
- Must be fluent in English communication.
- Experience in using LinkedIn/Naukri for sourcing.
Preference & preferable Married Persons.
1) Full life cycle (End-To-End) recruitment.
2)Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, competition mapping, headhunting etc.
Screening (telephonic & F2F) candidates as per the JD .
Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and benefits.
3)Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities.
Coordinating and follow up with the candidates till they are on board
