Experience: 1 – 3 years max

Job Description:
- Install Desktop OS, Messaging Client, Applications such as Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat as per Customer Software Deployment policy and add or Remove accessories, peripherals or mobile devices and configure PCs
- Perform Power ON Test, OS troubleshooting & verify Hardware and Software as per client requirement’s
- Configure desktop and Laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of CUSTOMER
- Install configure virtual machines, Messaing, Virtualization and OS troubleshooting, high end desktop support, Network support,
- InfoSec products (DLP,WEB GW, Proxy etc.)-Good understanding of virtualization,
- VM creation and advance configuration, troubleshooting, Backup software and recovery techniques
