Key Purpose of the Role
- Reporting to the Program Manager this senior developer role is central to the success of the mediation team and responsible for delivering high quality solutions to complex business problems.
- The role will include taking a set of high-level requirements and producing high-quality solutions while following an agile development process
- The primary focus of the role is to develop solutions in Java running within the Oracle Network Mediation (ONM) application. The project involves both developing new products within the ONM framework as well as migrating legacy products from other systems.
- The role holder is expected to provide technical leadership to the rest of the team and drive quality improvements for each delivery. It will also involve running peer review sessions ensuring development and project standards are adhered to and built from the bottom up.
