Job Description :
- Overall 5 to 6 years’ experience in handling Oracle R12 Projects,Project Billing,Project Contracts,Costing modules.
- At-least 3 AMS engagements – handling complete Projects & Accounting modules end to end.
- Must have good functional debugging skills and basic technical debugging.
- Capable to turnaround the issues within the given SLA and responsible for owning the issue, compliance to change management and providing estimates to any new requests.
- Familiar with handling My Oracle Support tool to raise and review service requests, also escalate the SR’s and liaise with support to prioritize if there is any that impact client business operations.
- Participate in weekly or monthly client calls and update the progress of the issues and discuss on the change requests if any.
- Test applications on deployment of any new patch or custom solutions and conduct training to customers on the same.
- Validate and update the manuals in case of change or new solution.
