Job Description:
Checking correctness of SOFs as received from Account Managers
Communicating with the Account Managers on the orders received for clarification
Understanding of the Order Received
Approving the Orders in Oracle
Checking the SCFs as received from Account Managers & CRMs
Communicating with the SD team & CRM for the closure of SCFs received
Checking for Deviations & post approvals received processing the SOFs / SCFs in Oracle
Follow up with the Account Manager / Product Team for the orders till closure
Tracking all the cases till closure
Generating MIS of the Orders processed & publishing the same
