Areas of Responsibility:

x 1. Project Management Reviews:

a. 100% on time delivery of work
b. High Customer focus and relationship management (with onsite team) with alignment of priorities.
c. Clear and transparent communication.
d. Risks Management (External and internal)
e. Issue Management
f. Review quality of deliverables
g. Ensure no non-compliance in project audits.

x 2. Solutioning & setting up new projects

a. Should be able to guide & support leads in providing solutions in project deliveries
b. Should have experience in setting up new projects
c. Should be able to define transition plan & execute transitions for new projects.
x 2. Team Management & Mentoring
a. Develop a culture of no follow ups to tasks/actions.
b. Mentoring and development of freshers as active team members
c. Managing Team’s skills and aspirations
d. Ensure Team’s Engagement with project and organization
i. Regular team meetings and one 2 one meetings
ii. Rightly involving team according to their strengths/skills/aspirations to develop them
iii.Resolve conflicts
iv.Mentoring, grooming, career counseling
v. Plan trainings & certifications regularly (aligned with aspirations, skills, areas of improvement in soft skills, technical, professional, domain areas) 1 training per quarter, 1 certification per year.
e. Develop effective backups and business continuity for each area and skill sets

x 3. Drive continuous Improvements:

a. Encourage teams for innovation, collect ideas regularly
b. Identify potential areas for innovation: process improvements, bottlenecks, productivity improvements, technology, tools, best practices etc.

x 4. Stakeholder Management

a. Manage internal & external stakeholder expectations
b. Keep stakeholders informed about the project status, impediments, issues, risks, dependencies.
c. In case of escalations, provide right status to all stakeholders. Ensure proactive communications. (Escalation management)

x 5. Involment in department level activities:

a. Support in Strategic development and Operational improvement activities
b. Develop / Support IT Solutions for projects or programs, due diligence and transition planning activities
c. Recruitment of right people in projects
d. Engage with new potential customers from Group IT
e. Participate in visits
