Job Description:
- Proven track of managing customer facing projects using principles and frameworks of successful project management such as PMP, Agile, Safe
- Proven experience in delivering project scope on time, budget, and quality to external/internal stakeholders
- Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.
- Work closely with development teams to review product deliverables and assist in providing direction for fixes and system enhancements.
- Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and manage progress to ensure on-time, quality delivery of business requirements.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in a related field or work
- 5+ years’ experience in a customer facing project manager role
- 5+ years’ experience managing custom software implementations
- Strong experience with Agile development methodologies
- Project management certification e.g. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE 2, Safe is preferred
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
- Ability to listen well and ask questions to guide users through the analysis process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
- Customer focused and driven.
