Experience: 5 to 8 years

Proven work experience as a IT recruiter Min 4 to 8 years experience.
Possess excellent understanding of IT skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have the ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and can-do attitude.
Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews.
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.
Familiarity with UK and Europe region
Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Be flexible and willing to work in UK Shift.
Ability to work alone and use own initiative
