Location: Noida, Sec 62 (Delhi/NCR)

Job Details:
Min 1-3 years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high demand candidates.
Minimum 1 years of proven US work experience as an IT Recruiter.
Well Versed with US Tax terms and Employment types.
Prior experience with W2 hiring will be a plus.
Vendor Management and Negotiations.
Working experience on various job portals.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking system
Solid experience of various sourcing techniques
Prior experience working in technology augmentation or consulting firm is desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong ability to multi-task
Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet
Detailed-oriented and places a high level of importance in quality work
Strong team player, highly collaborative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Associates Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related discipline
