We are conducting a walk-in drive for Software Quality Engineer – Automotive SPICE, CMMI.

- Develop project quality assurance plans
- Coordinate and track quality assurance activities with project team plans
- Perform quality assurance assessments and audits
- Document and track to closure non-conformances
- Provide mentoring and training to project teams on Quality
- Report project quality assurance activities and results
- Report quality assurance metrics, and trends
- Review and improvement of Faurecia common process, methods and templates
Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)
- Familiar with development process capability maturity models (Automotive SPICE, CMMI)
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001)
- Engineering Quality Assurance experience
- Automotive SPICE or CMMI assessor qualified
- IATF 16949 qualified
- ISO 26262 (or Safety) trained
- Experience working in the Automotive industry
- Experience of following CMMI, SPICE Process in organization
Basic qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Systems Engineering
- 4+ years of experience working on Engineering development teams as a Quality Assurance Engineer
