3+ experience in Production Support /Application Support / Software Support
Specific skills needed to perform
Good understanding of SQL Query,
Good understanding of Database validations/Logs
Should have understanding of .Net based applications and relevant frameworks
Should have excellent communication skills to effectively interface with Client/ user as well as internal IT / Hel desk / Infrastructure teams
Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
Organizational requirements (Rotational Shift )
Flexible to work in Night Shift and whenever required work in off hours or weekend to support maintenance activities or critical issues.
Education :
Masters\Bachelors\Diploma Holders in Computer Science
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be preferable if the candidate has worked in US Healthcare domain
It would be preferable if candidate is familiar with SQLyog
