Selenium Online Training

Selenium is used to automate the functional testing process of web applications.

Selenium is not an all-inclusive test tool like UFT and RFT, etc, so it requires some third-party plugins and frameworks in order to broaden the scope of testing.

Selenium supports Java, Python, C#, Ruby, JavaScript, and Kotlin for writing test cases/test scripts, we can use any one of those languages to write test cases.

Note: In this training program, we are using Java Programming and TestNG Testing framework with Selenium.

Prerequisites to learn Selenium:

1. Software Testing Fundamentals

2. Programming Fundamentals

3. Web Technologies Fundamentals (HTML, CSS, XML, XPATH, DOM and JavaScript)

Components of Selenium Test Environment:

1. Eclipse IDE

2. Java

3. Selenium WebDriver

4. TestNG

5. Maven

6. Extent Reports

About Selenium Certification:

Selenium official website ‘‘, says,

“There is no officially recognised Selenium certification available, and the project developers strongly believe that certification is of no real benefit to individuals or the industry. We have not authorized anyone to offer “official” Selenium certification and anyone who claims to offer it is misusing the Selenium project’s trademark.”
