We are seeking for Java Trainer who has sound knowledge on the technologies and frameworks.
Skills: (C, C++, Core Java, Advanced Java, Hibernate, Spring
Certification
Certified into Java Technologies.
Primary Responsibilities
Providing Training on HTML, Javascript, Angular JS and Typescripts ETC.
Mentoring the students through Projects.
Based on learning and supporting them to complete the technology-based projects on time.
Will be conducted in the house as well as corporate training for our esteemed clients and supporting software development life cycle.
Conducting technical training for fresher & experienced resources
Developing, understanding and implementing different methods of measuring the effectiveness of training programs
Delivering lectures & Conducting online lab sessions
Coordinate with different teams regarding TNA(Training Need Analysis)
Revising technical training programs according to organizational requirements
Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
